My nutritionist appointment was great. She was very helpful in eyeing my head around my body type. I'm allergic to grains, so this time was spent figuring out the healthy carbs & substitution. She helped with the swap feature as well.

I feel a little more at ease with how to proceed in a healthy way & loose weight.
This will be a life long diet that I have to follow so it's best to do it right.
